3. Payments

Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance must be settled prior to arrival or at the time of check-in.

For bookings made via third-party platforms, their respective payment and cancellation policies will apply.

4. Check-In Requirements

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

The standard check-in and check-out timings are as per the Reservation Policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

Nishaad Resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in or discontinue the stay of guests in case of:

Misconduct or inappropriate behavior

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Nishaad Resorts is located in a serene hillside setting. Please note that the property does not have power backup, and occasional electricity interruptions may occur due to local conditions.

Guests are requested to plan accordingly and enjoy the natural, offbeat experience of the location.
