1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations at Nishaad Resorts are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid confirmation email or booking voucher. Bookings may be made through our website, over the phone, or via authorized travel partners.

2. Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment may be required to secure your reservation. The balance amount can be settled prior to arrival or at the time of check-in.

Accepted Payment Methods:
UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash.

For reservations made through third-party platforms, payment terms will be governed by the respective platform’s policies.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Children & Extra Beds

• Children up to 5 years of age may stay complimentary when using existing bedding.
• Charges may apply for older children as per applicable rates.
• Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
• Extra beds or cots are available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 15 days or more before arrival: Eligible for a full refund (excluding applicable transaction charges).
• 8–14 days before arrival: Partial refund may be applicable.
• Within 7 days of arrival or no-show: No refund.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disruptions, road closures, or travel restrictions, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the management.

6. Amendments to Booking

Any changes to booking dates or room categories are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification.

7. Special Requests

Requests such as room preferences, early check-in, early breakfast, or special arrangements will be accommodated wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

8. General Terms

• No Power Backup: The property does not have power backup. Electricity interruptions may occur due to local conditions.
• Management reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
• Guests are advised to review the latest policies at the time of booking.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
