Cancellation/Refund Policy

  1. Minimum 10 days cancellation policy.
  2. Full refund only during Covid19 due to tested positive,lock-down, border seal, etc, or in an emergency with valid documents(Subject to a third party[Razorpay]). Please call for clarification.

If the booking is made by directly contacting the Hotel Management, Revenue Management of the hotel, the refund will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation and confirmation from the hotel. The refund will be made as per the refund rules and guidelines. The Refund will be processed using the account details provided by the party while confirming the cancellation. If the booking is made through any Online Travel Agency or Travel Agent or any such mediatory and the amount has been paid to the mediatory, in such case the mediatory shall be responsible for processing the Refunding of the same. The hotel cannot be held responsible for discrepancies or dissatisfaction in the refund process, if any.
